It took a few minutes to get used to the buttons, but it heats and has a tens unit type feeling. Very easy to put around your neck. My husband bought this for my neck pain and makes a big difference.

This device is my most used health gadget. The heating is instantaneous, adjustable TENS function works wonders, and the unique vibration patterns are very calming. I've purchased all of the other Vitality MagicPro products now because of my positive experience with this unit. I have one and have given several away as gifts. I gave one to the guy in my car dealership service center and told him that when I come in and I'm a pain in his neck now he can use this for it. It works great, nice that you can adjust the different levels to your liking. The heating selection is really nice.
